The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking account manager

The Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies / sales processes in accordance with goals and objectives of 
  • South Korea.
  • Qualifying and managing prior identified opportunities Ortho products and build and manage effective customer relationships.
  • Hold self-accountable for delivering business results in line with business plan for the area, achieve account profitability and sales target.
  • Manage a range of internal business processes including aligning with Marketing Strategies
  • Collaborate with Ortho Care in order to efficiently move opportunities forward in the Sales Process
  • Onsite assessments and creating concept drawings and concept quotation for solution presentations
  • SFDC input and regular update
  • Manage distributors and cooperate with them in order to drive continuous growth together with the partners
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

The Individual

  • At least bachelor’ s degree 
  • Major in science study or equivalent acquired knowledge e.g. in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, medicine, health care, medical technologies preferred
  • Track record of sales / product support of min. 2-6 years in comparable surrounding / business
  • Strong business acumen and Health Care Compliance
  • Excellent understanding of using SFDC-System as well as MS Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Korean. English, spoken & written preferred
  • Sales driven with entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to build up and develop new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated communication skills, incl. presentation and negotiation
  • Convincing personality, especially when dealing with demanding customers
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation and personal resilience
  • Ability for independently trouble shooting
  • Open mind with situational adaptability
