The Responsibilities


Technical Training:

  • 确认内外部的技术培训可以满足区域售后的需求和业务发展;
  • 为技术培训的技工培训资料的支持,含PPT、维修汇总、维修资料翻译等相关内容;
  • 为公司内部工程师和外部代理商工程师提供技术培训;
  • 确保工程师在培训时可以受到完整的,系统的,有效的培训;
  • 维护培训中心中仪器的正常使用;
  • 通过创新的改进培训材料、方法和安排等,提高技术培训的效率和覆盖度;

Technical Support:

  • 具备数据收集和分析的能力,为区域提供技术支持和培训;
  • 为现场工程师无法解决的疑难杂症,提供远程解决方案,必要时现场支持;
  • 作为全国产品线的技术负责人,区域内疑难杂症的分析、解决、汇总,寻求国外支持等
  • 支持TSC Team的建设,提供技术支持和培训
  • 国内新产品的注册支持


  •  其他同技术培训和技术支持相关的工作

The Individual

  • 八年以上的相关行业的维修经验;有三年或以上二线支持或管理经验者优先;
  • 在维修、培训和技术支持方面具备创新思维;
  • 流利的英语沟通能力,听说读写;
  • 熟练应用微软的办公软件
  • 熟练的沟通技巧和演讲能力;
  • 具有团队合作意识;
  • 可承受超过50%以上的business travel
