The Responsibilities

  • 提供技术服务
    • 为设备提供专业的现场安装、保养、维修等技术服务,使设备能正常良好地运行;
    • 对代理商服务团队提供技术支持,进行技术培训,技术管理和技术考核
    • 对其它部门提供及时有效的专业技术支持,区域售后流程的优化
    • 利用技术优势,维护长期良好的客户关系,保持高水平的客户满意度
    • 收集客户及市场的技术反馈,及时响应客户需求解决客户问题
  • 团队合作
    • 与销售团队合作完成区域服务销售指标
    • 与工程师经理进行技术学习、技术支持、难题解决、零配件、培训及MOD安装等工作

The Individual

  • 专科及以上学历;
  • 工科背景;
  • 3-5年工作经验;
  • 具有团队合作意识;
  • 能够承受压力
  • 善于沟通,能够协调代理商和客户的关系。
  • 能读懂英文服务手册,读懂国外技术通讯
