    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A

    The Responsibilities

    Provides financial leadership and guidance to business team and supporting functions


    1. Understand and validate business strategies to ensure robustness of financial planning
    2. Influences business decisions based on analyses in order to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans
    3. Analyzes business actual performance vs. business plan, which may include pricing, profitability, and variances analyses.
    4. Prepare and review team and market expense report with business leaders. Identify risk and opportunities. Provide suggestion for optimization opportunities to facilitate investment effectiveness.
    5. Deploys dashboards and business scorecards.
    6. Regular Review with business team on capital expenditure requirements to ensure optimal payback on investment.
    7. Partner with business team on any initiatives on pricing, new biz modelling and any project analysis.


    Financial reporting & analysis


    1. Develop internal processes and key performance indicators / metrics to help manage the business. Strong Control on P&L.
    2. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on business performance (tracking & analysis of Sales/GP/Expense and providing regional performance analysis with commercial insights).
    3. Ensure monthly reporting timely and accurately.


    Work together with accounting team to ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies


    1. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action.
    2. Acts as liaison with internal and external customers when appropriate.
    3. Develops policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives.

    The Individual

    The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years in a similar position within an international group:

    • solid accounting and controlling knowledge
    • Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly
    • Strong business acumen and P&L management skills
    • Strategic thinker

    • Customer focused (external and internal)
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Strong work ethics and integrity; and fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
    • System oriented (strong Excel skills)


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional qualifications such as CICPA, ACCA or prior experience in big four is preferred
    • Solid understanding and experiences in US GAAP (or IFRS) and Chinese GAAP
    • Experience working in a US based public company would be preferred.
    • Experience leading a team and experience working in a multi-culture and high growth environment.
