The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking regional marketing Manager in Singapore

The Responsibilities

1.     Market Development & Portfolio Management:

·         Lead & execute  market development initiatives to drive growth platforms in Clin Labs adnd Transfusion Medicine

·         Drive Sales Training – recertification

·         Product Development/Acquisition/Rationalization

·         Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and execute KOL engagement initiatives

·         Lead and execute product portfolio strategy and work with the franchise to achieve sustainable and profitable growth mix 

·         Develop and own resource plan to fund growth opportunities


2.     Launch Leadership:

·         Lead and execute Marketing Planning & new product launch process which will incorporate regulatory, reimbursement, clinical, marketing & pricing strategy.

·         Lead and execute required product training for the team


3.     Strategic Planning (SP) & Business Processes (BP):

·         Develop and own Strategic Plan with Commercial head

·         Lead & facilitate environment scan workshops & strategic planning process 

·         Develop and deploy market model and common formula for market sizing, penetration, share across the region, in sync with source cos.



4.     Business Development/ Prod Development:

·         Lead and facilitate market research to gain insights to market opportunities & needs, particularly segmented needs, and adjacencies to current business

·         Develop and own "Projects Pipeline Funnel" and ensure opportunities and projects are aligned with strategic growth rationale

·         Pursue business development/product development initiatives with Business Field

·         Co-Project or Project Sponsor for NBD/Product Development (PD) projects , work with NBD/PD to completes major milestones in a timely manner and ensure alignment with WW mktg throughout the project.


5.     Work closely with regional Marketing and Business Fields

·         Co-ordinate inputs into Regional/Worldwide pipeline/portfolio/marketing planning

·         Business voice of India in Regional Marketing / Business Fields 

·          Align with regional Marketing / Business Fields on country strategic initiatives in Marketing. 


The Individual

  • Preferably  Management Degree with about 10 year of relevant experience in IVD or similar industry.
  • Supervisory experience of minimum 3-5 years would be preferred.
  • Candidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
