The Opportunity


 As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a EMEA FP&A Financial Analyst to be based in our Milano office.

The Responsibilities

The EMEA FP&A Financial Analyst will coordinate the EMEA budget and forecasting processes, internal management reporting, monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis.  The EMEA FP&A Financial Analyst will work closely with the EMEA Country Controllers and their team and with Corporate functional finance teams to validate and understand monthly financial results.   The incumbent will work together within the EMEA FP&A team to ensure proper knowledge and operational backup. This position is located in Milan, Italy and reports to the Finance Director EMEA

  • Perform the monthly EMEA reporting process; including ownership of monthly BPC adjustments process.
  • Perform P&L variance analysis and partner with regional and functional Finance teams to identify and understand key drivers of results.
  • Assist with the development and preparation of management BPC-based reporting packages and assist with analysis of reports, metrics and variance commentary.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations for EMEA Leadership Team.
  • Enhance the worldwide quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting (AOP) processes through the utilization of BPC.
  • Other supporting activities for the EMEA Finance Director and EMEA FP&A team.
  • Support reporting activities on Sales, Placement, Installed Base , LOB
  • Continue to support the improvement of BPC accuracy and learning of BPC within EMEA

The Individual


• Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required. 
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required 
• Deep knowledge of BPC
• Motivated individual with desire to learn and develop.
• Natural team player
• Ability to work across functional groups, disciplines and cultures to resolve issues, negotiate solutions and set priorities
• Ability to pay attention to detail and reconcile data.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Effective verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business in English
• Financial systems experience with relevant knowledge of BPC or Hyperion.
• Travel pattern up to 15%
