    The Opportunity

    The Supply Chain Planning Analyst main responsibility is to guarantee continuous supply while achieving inventory target  as well as drive and deliver supply chain improvement projects. He / She works directly with key business partners (Manufacturing, 3rd party Suppliers, Warehouse, Distribution, Customer service, Quality, Finance, Marketing…) to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of stated objectives.

    The Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the demand planners to identify and understand demand changes. Translate demand plan into short & long term supply plan using planning system and collaborate with manufacturing and 3rd party Suppliers to ensure timely execution
    • Execute the replenishment of EMEA regional DC from OCD Plants, Global DCs and 3rd Party manufacturers:
      • Order placement & follow up
      • Coordinate & prioritize inbound activities with carriers and warehouse
      • Ensure supply parameters are up-to-date in planning OCD systems
    • Deliver Service level and cash flow objectives (inventory & Scrap) by analyzing, consolidating Supply Chain data
    • Monitor supply chain performance, reports issues, provide detailed root cause analysis and communicate remediation plans
    • Responsible for reconciling inventory between Order-To-Cash and Warehousing systems, identify root cause and deploy corrective action
    • Responsible for providing data to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through focus on analysis and clear metrics reporting
    • Interface between Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial Partners – supporting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting & business analysis

    The Individual

    Education & Experience:


    • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business, Logistics or Engineering
    • Minimum 1 years experience in Supply Chain management with robust understanding of Supply Chain fundamental (Supply & Inventory planning / MRP, Demand Planning)
    • APICS is a strong asset



    • Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems in order to extract data for analysis.
    • Sense of urgency, collaboration, influencing in a matrix environment, accuracy with attention to details and result oriented
    • Ability to take ownership and drive process improvements
    • Excellent ability to work in teams with multiple stakeholders
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and good understanding of ERP system (preferably JDE)
