    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an Account Executive.

    The Responsibilities

    • Achieve annually and quarterly sales targets and associated individual product targets.
    • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible.
    • Complete ORTHO Sale process: Identify, Qualify, Quantify, Close and Enhancement stage
    • Completely sales reports, sales planning, opportunity, vulnerability, market intelligence data and customer information in Sales Force (SFDC)
    • Initiate contact and schedule appointments with potential new customers.
    • Identify new customers, increase new listing and maintain partnership with key opinion leaders and key prescribers
    • Create a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of customers in a prescribed territory.
    • Schedule appointments and make preplanned sales presentations to customers.
    • Make effective visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
    • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction in timely manner
    • Provide correctly input to sales forecast
    • Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping, rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc.
    • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. 
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
    • Collect and utilize all necessary marketing information. Identify potential impacts to business
    • Participate in special project to improve company performance
    • Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies
    • Represent ORTHO in a professional manner that aligns with Company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards
    • Participate with team and customer activities

    The Individual

    • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Medical Technology or any health science related field.
    • Minimum 2-4 years selling experience in medical device or any health care products
    • Mature, Self-motivated and “ can-do” attitude
    • Confident, energetic, high accountability and strong teamwork
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented and good negotiation skill
    • Experience with ORTHO products is preferred with some trainer experience.
    • Good command of Thai & English in speaking, reading and writing
    • Must have a good track record on achievements
    • Have own car and driver license
