    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an Assistant Product Manager

    The Responsibilities

    • 产品资料及信息
      • 参与本公司产品资料制作及整理,新工具的开发;
      • 熟悉竞品信息及市场动向,完善销售工具并定期更新;
      • 准确向一线传递市场信息,帮助销售了解产品及策略动向;
      • 对销售活动(如客户招标答疑、招标策略建议等)进行支持,推动销售目标达成。
    • 市场调查
      • 参与产品市场调查,分析市场趋势与竞争对手情况;
      • 代表奥森多公司与KOL建立联系,深入了解客户需求;
      • 报告调查结果给高级产品经理,并提出市场策略建议。
    • 培训
      • 结合年度市场策略,更新销售培训资料;
      • 配合各培训支持部门,对本公司销售及代理商进行产品及策略培训;
      • 响应各区域销售或代理商的支援请求,对有需要的团队成员进行培训。
    • 市场活动
      • 策划并协助实施市场活动,包括但不限于展会、学术年会、用户会或推广会;
      • 支持全国或区域性市场活动,针对代理商或终端用户做产品介绍,特别是对新产品的宣讲;
      • 对市场活动成果进行跟踪,确保推广活动的有效性。

    The Individual

    • 本科学历及以上,临床检验医学或医学生物学及相关专业;
    • 3年以上相关行业工作经历,了解体外诊断行业;
    • 有商业敏锐性,销售或市场等相关职位2年以上从业经验;
    • 良好的团队协作能力,内外部沟通能力;
    • 优秀的英语读写能力。
