    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking Regional Demand Planner.

    • Lead S&OP (sales and operation Plan)  for All LATAM Indirect Coutries
      • 13 Coutries with Estimated Annual revenues USD 15 MM.
      • S&OP related activities for current products as well as new product launches and product discontinuances  
    • Expected to show leadership within all areas of demand planning, Interntional customer service,  warehousing, transportation and Trade Compliance for Finished Goods and Spare parts.
      • Works closely with Source Region to ensure Indirect Countries receive products on time and in full 
    • Lead S&OP Direct Countries during vacations of Regional Demand and Planning Lead

    The Responsibilities

    • Lead S&OP process for 13 Indirect Countries in LATAM.
    • Forecast accuracy
    • Manage allocation of Products between Indirect country and Export Region in order to prevent Backorders
    • Provide reports to the planning and commercial areas related to Sales, Demand Forecast and customers data.
    • Follow up on the outbound deliveries to Indirect countries.
    • Escalation to Regional Demand and Planning lead

    The Individual

    • Professional degree: Business Administration, Engineer or similar
    • Minimum of 3 years in the IVD market or Medical Devices with high number of SKUs (> 300 SKUs)
    • A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of related experience in supply chain or a related field is required.  Supply and inventory planning experience is preferred. 
    • Strong knowledge about S&OP Process and Demand Forecast
    • Customer oriented.
    • Leadership and high communication skills
    • Good understanding of end to end SCM processes based on real experiences
    • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data proficiently.   Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint applications is required.  In depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems (ERP – particularly SAP) and processes are preferred. The candidate will have a great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
