    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Planning and Procurement Manager

    The Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance, develop processes and tools (APO DP/SNP) and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to update forecast monthly in mostly efficient way.
    •  Facilitate the monthly demand planning meeting and S&OP meeting for both region and global.
    •  Regularly review inventory and drive actions to meet inventory target and estimates each month.
    •  Actively review and reduce slow moving/obsolete stock. (SLOB & Scrap management)
    •  Responsible for China direct procurement, including implement and improve direct procurement process to support China acceleration plan.
    •  Support/lead franchise specific projects related to Supply chain.
    •  KPI control to align with Supply chain strategies.
    •  Data management & improvement in systems for planning and purchase order.
    • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

    The Individual

    • Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Technical Discipline (Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, IT or related). MBA or equivalent Master degree is desirable. Experience in Healthcare industry and IVD industry is preferred
    • Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred (Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.) 6-8 years of related operations management & leadership to include experience in areas such as: manufacturing plant management, planning/materials management, logistics and sourcing/procurement required, Strong leadership, critical analytical and communication skills.
    • Possess good English and presentation skills, 6 sigma process experience is desirable, prefer to have experience in using SAP APO
    • Required travel % (identify if domestic and/or international) 1%
