    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an Account Manager.

    The Responsibilities

    • Achievement of the business objectives, sales growth, and financial targets of the Annual Operating Plan.
    • Business development activities including customer retention and new customer acquisition in assigned territories to achieve current year Annual Operating Plan, and lay out strong foundation for business in coming years.
    • Collaborate and work with Ortho Care ( Technical and lab support) to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained. 
    • To construct and project monthly sales forecast for each Ortho product line and for each account, as well as constantly monitor and measure the progress of all the accounts assigned. 
    • To ensure CRM ( SFDC ) is updated with all records of existing accounts, and opportunities managed with upto date activities and accurate date. 
    • To regularly provide the Country Manager reports on all market situation, competitor and customer activities, sales projections/forecasts, sales activities with prospective accounts as well as the general and detailed sales performance in all the assigned accounts and territories.
    • Manage, maintain and develop new business from existing clients and seeks out business from new clients.
    • Distributor communication and reports management to ensure end customer data is captured and updated on SFDC.
    • Perform other work related duties as assigned.



    The Individual

    • BS in Medical Technology/Medical related degrees / Business Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in medical / Diagnostic industry, Experience in Clinical Chemistry and /or Immunohaematology and advantage.
    • Undertake both domestic and international travel as required.
    • Flexible to work outside of normal hours including some weekends.
    • Have a high degree of integrity, self-awareness and positive solutions focused attitude.
    • Be able to develop professional relationships with colleagues at all levels.
    • Have the ability to organize effectively and deliver on commitments with minimal supervision.
    • Be comfortable performing data analysis within MS Excel, and presentations on MS PPT
    • The ability to keep cool in high-pressure situations.
    • Hold a valid unrestricted driver's license and valid passport at all times.
